Hany Elgaml is a Senior IT Architect and AI Innovator with 20+ years of experience in enterprise-scale cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI-augmented development. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of IdeationMax, he has delivered transformative technology projects for some of the world's most respected organizations — including Mastercard, Roche, and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).

He is also the Founder of PolyDial, an AI-powered SaaS telephony platform that deploys multilingual AI phone agents in 60+ languages. PolyDial is a showcase of Hany's pioneering approach to AI-augmented development — where he directed AI tools (Replit, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Manus) as virtual junior developers, replacing the need for a dedicated frontend engineer and dramatically accelerating time-to-market.

Beyond building products, Hany is a recognized contributor to the AI knowledge community.
